How it works
- Open your storefront in five minutes. Your page at blackbeltsafety.com/trainers/your-name shows your topics, credentials and upcoming classes.
- Connect payouts with Stripe so students can buy seats. Stripe verifies your identity and pays your bank; it also handles your 1099.
- Post a class: date, length, seats, price and your Google Meet, Zoom or Teams link. It appears on your storefront and under Live classes.
- Teach. We send the join link and reminders. Afterwards you mark attendance and every attendee gets a verifiable completion certificate issued in your name.
- Get paid. Your share is released seven days after the class, straight to your Stripe account.
What you keep
- 60% of every seat sold to students Black Belt Safety brings you.
- 90% of seats sold to clients you bring through your own share link.
- 20% of a new member’s first year through your referral link.
Black Belt’s share covers payment processing, the platform, certificates, reminders and marketing. There are no listing fees. Pro Trainer and Agency plans add priority on class requests, course kits to teach from, OSHA data leads and the full course Vault; see Pricing.
Who can join
Anyone who teaches workplace safety: OSHA-authorized Outreach trainers (you issue your own DOL cards through your OTI Education Center; your classes simply list here), CSPs, CHSTs, CITs, first-aid instructors, consultants, retired safety managers. You list your credentials; students see each one as Self-reported or Verified with a link to check it with the issuer. Listing a credential you do not hold ends your account.

Bring them. Classes sold through your share link pay you 90%, and your clients get checkout, reminders, rosters and verifiable certificates without you building any of it.
